Can a scan show pregnant?

Does anyone know when I go for a scan at CD 26 whether if I was pregnant anything would show up?

Have you gotten a positive pregnancy test? Scans won’t show anything till 5 and half to 6 weeks pregnant. Before a missed period is way too early
