Pain in uterus/cervix with IUD?

I’ve been getting these weird stabbing pains in my cervix. I think it’s my IUD but I felt on my cervix and the string is normal and I don’t feel my IUD at all so I think it’s in the right place but I don’t understand these pains. I circled where the stabby feelings are

I had the same pains and turns out in my ultrasound it was in my cervix. Doctors would dismiss me bc they could see my strings when i asked for placement checks

Call your OB GYN. 
When I had pain like that with my Mirena IUD. I found out it had shifted & punctured through the wall of my uterus & I had to have it removed.
