Does anyone know how I can use their 20% discounts on things like strollers or car seats ??

Answer

I think a lot of the brands are excluded from the coupons unfortunately. The helpful worker at the store said that those exclusions don’t apply to the 15% off completion discount you will get to use for one transaction that will be available closer to your due date. My husband created his own baby registry with a closer due date so that we will get 2 of those coupons, and won’t have to wait as long to use the one from the closer due date. Hope this helps!
PS- we had SUCH a great experience with the customer service shopping in the store, giving us so much information and answering al of our questions about all the products, I would recommend to everyone finding one of these stores and stopping in if you can. I switched many of my big purchases from my amazon registry to buybuybaby because they were so thorough and helpful!
