Do you guys think that men or women gynecologists are more gentle? And which of the two listen more?

I think it depends on the person, I don’t think gender has anything to do with it. 
I had a female obgyn who treated me like a number. 
Female midwives who are sweet and sensitive and kind. 
And a male reproductive endocrinologist/fertility doctor who is also extremely sensitive and gentle. 
So in my experience gender has no correlation.

Honestly, I don’t think it can be generalized unless each of us have been to many doctors that are both male and female. You literally have to have this experience for yourself and find out who you prefer more. In my 43 years of life, I’ve had two male gynecologist, and three females. In my opinion, there was really no difference in the care I received from any of them.

I’ve never had a male ob/gyn by choice... all my female doctors and midwives have been extremely caring and sensitive. 
I’ve gone to make doctors for other things, and I felt that my pain and symptoms were not taken seriously by them.

My experience with male and female doctors in general is that my female doctors have both been more gentle and have listened more attentively. I also dont like the idea of a man looking at my lady bits, so have always chosen female obgyns 🤣

I have no idea, but I have a bunch of past trauma so I do not go to any doctors of any kind who are male because I panic too much
