Hey everyone!

I’m expecting my baby boy to be born any day now, and I’m worried about how my 19month old daughter will handle it.

Everything i read online seems to be more for older children who can understand things better. I’ve been trying to tell her there’s a baby in my belly, but now I think she just thinks bellies are called babies haha. She loves her dolls and taking care of them, and she gets excited when she sees babies on TV but she’s never really seen a real baby (well, lately with her being a bit older to understand better) because of all this covid social distancing. I’ve bought her a present to be from new baby to her once he’s born (a book called I Am a Big Sister) Any suggestions for this introduction with a toddler being so young?? She’s so used to it just being she, her father, and I and getting so much attention from us and not having to share any of it.
