multi-cultural relationship problem🇦🇱🇲🇽

so hey everybody i’ve been dating this guy for 9 months & i am latina & he is albanian. now if you don’t know where albania is, it’s most likely because albanians only marry albanians so other cultures don’t really know anything about this amazing country near italy, anyways his traditions are very strict on only dating/ marrying albanians so it’s been really hard for us to keep up. we were friends for about a month & 1/2 but then i realized that no guy drives an hour away at least twice a week to see me just because i’m a friend so we confessed our feelings and started dating. he would always tell his prensa he was at friends but in march i met his mom & sister... things didn’t go as i thought. they lashed out on him & yelled in albanian which i don’t understand so ever since march things have been more tough because of quarantine & his family it’s really hard to see eachother but we love eachother so so much! we both are still trying. should i leave him or keep trying, does anyone have any advice?
