Kyleena pains?

I had the kyleena birth control iud placed in November. It hasn’t been a full year and I was told at the office the day I got it that lower back pains are a possible sign it’s shifted. Well I can’t get in because they are packed for the next 4 months and I’m supposed to get a call if a stop opens but I’ve had no luck so far. My back hurts so bad to the point it hurts to put pressure on my left leg. Even to walk. Rolling in bed to get comfortable hurts I’m in nonstop discomfort. Has anyone experienced pain like this with kyleena?
