My boyfriend moaned his Exs name during sex

Okay girls please hear me out before attacking me lol. Last night during sex everything was going soooo good. I got on top and he kept saying “you’re treating me so good” and then said “yes treat me good ___ahh” and that’s when I heard her name because usually my bf always says the same things during sex bc he knows those turn me on so I’m used to what he says but this specific sound really caught me off guard and that’s why it stood out to me so I just stoped and I asked him “what did you just say” and her name was Gina so he never says “ahhh” at the end it sounded like Ginaaah” and we were both high so he was just so confused and I just KNEW that he said it.. honestly my heart was beating real fast like how should I handle this? We just didn’t finish and he knew I was upset but I didn’t want to say “did you just say your ex’s name” bc I didn’t want him getting angry and feeling attacked and start an argument so I just said I didn’t want to have sex anymore. I’m still upset bc that was his long relationship a year lol we been together for 2 years almost 3 so I’m just mad.
