Overall I’m happy with my body so far!
Some days I struggle and feel weak and very exhausted, but I stay grateful for the growth, heed my needs for rest, and as always trusting the process of growing life 💗🌷
Lately I have been cracking down on my protein to keep some muscle tone for birth, I aim for 100g-125g daily I feel a lot better doing this!
Major Cravings are: chicken and fish In all forms, tomatoes, beans of every kind, and any kind of cakes/cookies/donuts are just irresistible!!
Would love to see other mamas progressions!
