Fever?

I’m so bad at being an adult but if I have a fever, not my 3 week old, of 99.4 should I go to urgent care tomorrow morning or should I contact my OBGYN since I am 3 weeks PP?

I’m thinking it could be from an infection but I don’t show any signs in my lady bits or any signs of mastitis/clogged ducts...well that I know of.

Or should I try home remedies first? I have only had the fever for a few hours now.
