please help!! Tmi warning

what is this? my iud is out of place, my dr confirmed it and i’m due to get one on the 30th. i also just stopped the gel treatment of 5 days for bacterial vaginitis. i have no idea what this is and i’m so scared. someone who is a nurse said her guess was a mix of the medicine and discharge but didn’t know. i have no idea what this is and i’m such a high anxiety person.

could this be because of my iud?

could this be endometriosis?

i used to have extremely bad period and now i am getting them back again. i have been back and forth with my gyn.

please please please give me your best advice.
