TTC but periods have changed each month!

Hi everyone,

My periods came back 3 months after having my first baby. They went back to my normal cycle length of approximately 36 days. After 3 months, I had a 42 day cycle, a 20 day cycle and now a 23 day cycle. I don’t know if this is down to postpartum hormones still or if there is an underlying problem.

We want an age gap of around 18 months to 2 years between our first and second baby so we are now TTC for our second. I have no idea how to plan around my ovulation date because my periods are all over the place. Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! x
