Lotion type mucus

Hey guys,

I’m currently 7/8 DPO, and whilst checking my cervix I’ve noticed a large clump of thick lotion type mucus, its very cloudy almost a little yellow, not an infection, no smell to it, not very sticky more clumpy and thick. Also lots of CM in my underwear. I’m definitely accurate with my ovulation dates from testing, and my AF is due in 7 days. My cervix is quite high, still slightly open but my cervix never seems to fully close and I know that’s quite normal in those who have previously had children.

I’m aware CM isn’t an ideal pregnancy indicator to go off, but I know my cycle and this is most definitely new.

Has anyone else had similar before there BFP? Hearing mixed reviews about this type of mucus being a good sign.
