Fever

My little one is almost 7 months old and has had a fever on and off for 4 days, as a first time mom and first time experiencing having my little one with a fever I’m pretty worried and stressed out

His temp has been in the high 37’s Celsius and sometimes a bit over the 38 celcius we do give him tempura when needed he has two bottom front teeth which never gave him any fevers but now poor lil one is going through this could this be teeth related or an infection? I’m worried this fever will not go away, other wise no other symptoms, has somewhat of an appetite not his usual but he does drink his milk, when his temperature is normal he’s in his regular good playful mood
