Ectopic pregnancies mom.

Good morning, to all mommy’s that have experienced a ectopic pregnancy and had their Fallopian tube remove. Was it hard for you to become pregnant ? What was your babies gender ? I am 28 and I have 4 boys, my oldest is 11 and second is 9 & on 2013 I had an ectopic pregnancy which they had to remove my left Fallopian tube. How ever, I tried to get pregnant again to try having a little girl and it took me a while to become pregnant but it happen. I got pregnant with my 3 boy on 2016 & recently just had another boy on October 2019. Now my real question is did any one that had their left Fallopian tube remove get pregnant and have a baby girl ? I was reading that your left ovary is the one that releases the female eggs & the right the male eggs. I completely lost hope of having a daughter after reading that since I only have my right Fallopian tube😭😭 this all makes sense on why I’ve only had boys.
