If you let the dad see your kid and something bad happened to your kid while I’m their care, CPS would also be looking at YOU and wondering why you’d give your kid to a drug abuser. They’d be questioning your thought process.

I agree children shouldnt be around people on drugs especially meth, the meth gets on surfaces and everywhere and can kill a kid by residue, but if you dont have irrefutable proof a judge isnt gonna like you for playing keep away if he does take you to court. If he really is on drugs and stuff call the police and send him to jail
