IUD mishap

I got the iud less than a year ago at a public health clinic. They messed it up it was one person doing it alone and after a week I was hurting getting a fever pail could barely move and had to get an emergency appointment to get it removed. They didn’t do the ultrasound to see if it was embedded tho and they just assumed it was and ripped it out. I bled heavy for 23days after that. I can no longer use tampons and they said I cannot get an iud again but I haven’t gone anywhere else because I don’t know where else to go for a women’s doctor out where I live.
