How would you handle this situation?

My neighbors moved in next to us three years ago and they have three large dogs, we also have three dogs. Last summer we had a problem with the dogs growling and barking at one another through a gap in between the ground and fence, neighbors dog bit my dog twice. Neighbor put up boards along the bottom of their fence to stop the fighting. This past fall their dogs started hitting the fence and snarling when my dogs would walk along the fence line to the point the fence slats would bend . Fast forward to winter , one morning I had my dogs outside to use the bathroom and I hear a crash and a bunch of barking. They broke through the fence and were in my yard! Luckily no fights happened between dogs. Neighbor fixed the fence. After that there was Still a lot of barking and hitting the fence so I started letting my dogs out on yard cables to prevent them from going near the fence thinking that maybe mine were antagonizing their dogs. This morning I’m working at my desk and all of a sudden my Aussie starts going nuts so I go to the back door and look out and sure enough! Their dogs are back in our yard. Now I’m uncomfortable even letting my dogs out in fear that they will be attacked by the neighbors dogs breaking through our fence. I went over and knocked on their door three separate times over the span of an hour and they did not come to the door, so their dogs were just chilling in my back yard for a good portion of the morning.. I went out later trying to fix the fence slat (even tho it’s Their fence) and the lady cake running out saying she was sorry and she just noticed 🙄. I’m so tired of it. And I don’t want my dogs attacked in my own yard.. how would you handle?
