Back ache during and after Braxton Hicks?

Hello!

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and think I’m getting Braxton Hicks. I’ll feel crampy like period cramps but it’s mostly just uncomfortable and not painful. The issue is I feel it in my lower back and near my kidneys A LOT. I’ve asked the nurse but she just told me to make sure to call the dr if I get contractions 6 times an hour. Has anyone else had low back pain from BH? The first day I had the cramps they lasted a couple hours and I figured it was just uterine stretching but I just had it happen again and I laid down and am better besides a small ache in my back. I’d rather not ring the nurse every time I feel something lol
