Slapping and biting ??

Anyone else’s March baby constantly hitting you and occasionally biting? He thinks it’s a hilarious game. Oh and he constantly throws stuff at our faces. He clearly doesn’t understand why not to do these things and we’ve tried everything to teach him. We tell him no, we say ouchie, we hold his hands and say no hitting etc. He’s really a snuggly sweetheart but I just don’t understand why he wants to hit and slap and bite for fun. He doesn’t do it to other kids yet, but maybe he will. I know he’ll figure it out sooner than later, but anyone else??
