Nappy rash!

Hi all

LO has had a bad nappy rash the last 2 days and I’ve been using lots of sudocream, changing him more often, giving him baths and nappy free time but today I’ve just noticed he has started getting white patches? What does this mean? Should I take him to the doctors?
