Need some mom advice please 😔

My boyfriend is not really being the best dad. Our daughter is literally scared of him and always cry when he is around or holding her. We don’t live together so she doesn’t see him everyday and he dosnt come over to much maybe one or two times every few weeks. And whenever we go to his house she acts a fool. I know it probably bothers him but he dosnt make no effort to come see her more so she can get use to him. He also didn’t really help me financially with her I’m always asking him to get diapers or money and he never ask if she needs something but goes and buy the new Jordan’s all the time 🙄🙄😑😑😡. I know she dosnt need much right now but he dosnt help with the little things she do need. And he’s not really there for me as well I’m a FTM so I’m new to everything and I don’t know how to talk to him about it but it’s been bothering me
