IUD side effects after years of having it

I have had my my IUD for 4 years now and for the first 2 years it was perfect I never had a single side effect but ever since last year (my 3rd year with it) I feel like I’ve gotten a lot of side effects. Has anyone else had this happen?

I got the IUD to lessen my periods, pain, and the pms but every month since last year my periods ave gotten longer and heavier, my pms has gotten worse and worse, I’ve been gaining weight even though I diet and exercise frequently, my anxiety and depression has skyrocketed (even though I’m on meds for it), I’ve had a reoccurring headache not being able to be relieved by meds, my skin has gotten more acne then when I was on my teens. UGH.
