Can I still drink Herbalife while pregnant? Not as a meal replacement but for in between meals. I’m hungry 24/7!!

Answer

I wouldn’t suggest it. The products are not regulated because they’re considered dietary aids. The shakes I looked up have vitamin A in them. It is not recommended to intake extra vitamin A while pregnant or breastfeeding. Many of their replacement shakes also say to consult your doctor if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
