Am I failing?

Guys. My daughter is sooo sassy lately. Like so sassy. She doesn’t want to play with me. She will play with anyone else. She demands to watch TV (I usually only let her watch 40 mins a day when I am cooking breakfast and dinner, 20 mins each). When I say “no” it’s a full blown tantrum. She just whines and throws things at me all day. Is this normal? I am starting to feel like I screwed up.

She can be sweet too. She loves to give hugs and kisses. But she is SO sassy. She doesn’t listen AT ALL when I correct her. I have tried every method. She listens to daddy and grandma though.
