Needle help!!

Hi ladies. So tonight I’m triggering. At the office yesterday I was shown how to. They had a big needle that does intro muscular. A few hours after I got home I checked my stuff and saw that I have a small needle for injection , not big.

So should I not grab some fat to inject? Should it just get stabbed in??

I have the big one to mix.

I emailed the office and the nurse said I can use the little one. I’m nervous on how to make this work so that the retrieval goes well. I take it at 9:45 pm
