Well, I was real hopeful the HSG would have cleaned out at least my one not blocked tube but AF has reared her ugly head. Oddly with little to no cramping to start with unlike normal. I'm sporting as usual a few days before and expect full blast tomorrow. I am starting Letrozole on the third day. I'm nervous about it because I've read it's used to treat breast cancer too. I'm curious Vanessa if you have any insight on it?
