Csection scheduled for 38 weeks?

I'm pregnant with baby #2 and considered high risk because of a blood clotting disorder. My dr wants to schedule my csection for 38 weeks because the odds of still birth are higher for me. All I want is a healthy baby boy, but I'm also concerned that he may not be ready to come out on csection date (my due date was moved forward five days halfway through my pregnancy). Anyone else have baby boys two weeks early and have everything be healthy?
