Had my babe 3 weeks ago and I started collecting my letdown Saturday. I pulled out the milk from Saturday and it looks like this. Is that normal? Do I just need to shake it up?

Yup! That’s just the fat content separating out. Side note: never shake breast milk. Always swirl to mix it up. Shaking it up can break down the protein enzymes
