First cycle I’ve had a positive OPK

Hi everyone, this cycle is the first I’ve had a positive OPK. I am 8 or 9 dpo right now and I took this test. I’m feeling cramping, nausea, and headaches today. I also have newly developed CM (EWCM today and yesterday, creamy before that). I have never had CM before and I know CM doesn’t indicate pregnancy but it is a little odd for me. What do you think of the test?
