Can you only orgasm from oral?

I’ve heard that women can only or mostly orgasm form oral sex. Is that true?
I had a bad relationship that (without diving into details) left me very uncomfortable with my body, feeling like my vagina and just whole vulva is something gross. I’ve been working to get myself out of that negativity, but I still don’t think I’d want my future husband to go down on me. At the same time, I really want a good, positive sex life!

I wouldn’t say oral is the only thing for most women. I would say it’s more of the clitoral stimulation that is needed. I am one that cannot orgasm from only vaginal stimulation but my husband isn’t a fan of going down on me but we still have a great sex life!

It's more the clitoral stimulation that's important than the oral specifically! My ex wouldn't go down on me so I generally came from them touching my clit while we had sex. Now my bf has a physical disability and can't finger me so I come 95% of the time from oral, the other 5% from the rare times we decide to bring a vibrator into play.

Clitoral stimulation. Not exactly oral. I use a vibrator when my husband and I have sex to stimulate it and always finish.

Again it’s the clit stimulation. If you’re comfortable with it use vibrators during sex or maybe a cock ring that vibrates.
