Increasing supply?

Any tips on how to increase supply?
I am currently feeding on one boob and pumping the other. I usually get 2-3oz out of the one I’m pumping.

I drank 3liters of water in the beginning, make sure you’re eating healthy and getting enough calories. I pumped 5min per side 1/2 hour after every feed. I block fed at night. Good luck. You’re doing great.

Ask your doctor for a prescription for Reglan.

Pump after baby is done feeding instead of just the other side. There are all kinds of herbs and supplements. Oatmeal almonds flax seed i don't so many other foods. NOTHING will increase your milk unless you're emptying them.
