cut on labia minora

i’ve noticed a cut on my labia minora, took a photo and it looks so painful 😩 i’ve been dabbing after i pee instead of wiping for a few days now and it’s still bleeding. can i use thrush cream to treat it the canesten stuff? i don’t have anything else but i want it to heal asap as it’s killing me. i think it’s from working out but i’m not sure. any help?
