🚨might be OCD but can’t do anything about it🚨
So i think i might be severely ocd because when i can’t control things being a certain way i start to panic and i start crying and i sometimes start pinching myself and i just can not handle when things aren’t a perfect way. I brought this up to my mom because I am only 15 and she doesn’t believe me because my room isn’t tidy all the time but that’s not all what ocd is so i don’t know how to tell her that i think i need help. i remember when i first realized it and it was when i was around 10 and my mom went into my room and did a little tidying up and i got home and i lost it and shut my door and started throwing things everywhere because they weren’t how i wanted them to be. can someone please help?
