Help choosing choker size

Hey yall! Please help me out with something cause ive been confused..

I want to purchase a leather choker that comes with buckles.

When buying you can put your neck size so it fits well

My neck is just under 13”. I dont want to wear it on the first or last buckle..im not able to message the seller so im a little unsure on how to go about what size to chose exactly. If i say im 13” do you think they will make that the first buckle? The second? The last? I really want this choker but personalizing my size is confusing me. Sorry if i sound silly I really just want to order this thing already & have the sizing be how i want aesthetically 🙈 Thanks sisters
