I'm planning on making an appointment finally but I get sudden and very painful cramp like feelings in my mid-lower back where my kidneys are. Im only assuming this is the problem. It's a very deep and sharp pain that lasts for a few minutes and then subsides until the next random time it happens. I cant pinpoint exact reasons for this other than its slightly more prominent if I have extra sugary drinks or alcohol. Other than that it comes randomly. It's a very painful and achy feeling that I had to stop what I'm doing and let it pass before I continue. I dont get very frequent utis or kidney stones but the intense pain is located where my kidneys are. I recognize this feeling as something I've had my entire life but it seems to me much more frequent now. Used to be once or twice every few months and now it's at least twice a week. Anybody have ideas what it could be?
