Ask your manager for more hours and prove that you're good for business. 3 weeks on a cv is not overly impressive- but McDonald's is a global business and experience there is recognised by many employers.

If you are unhappy at McDonald's then talk to the folks at the other place? Can you work two jobs and see if the bojangles place is better?

Talk to the manager and ask if you can get more hours. I know some places I worked would schedule people for a few hours and bad hours if they didn't like them and wanted them to quit.
