What to eat before anatomy scan?

I have my anatomy scan at 11 a.m. tomorrow. I want the doctor to be able to take the measurements and for the baby not to move too much. Any recommendations on what to eat for breakfast? Should I skip breakfast or just eat really early?

I ate normal. They didn’t have trouble with either of my pregnancies.

I ate normally for both of mine and never had a problem. Skipping meals isn’t a good idea.

Do not skip meals ever unless it is advised by the doctor. Sometimes you do want the baby to move around during the anatomy scan so they can get other measurements. And which foods you eat before doesn’t make a difference on how much the baby will or not move around during your scan.

I ate a sausage muffin and was fine 😅 the actually got mine done in15-20 minuets. I was shocked because they always say it can take an hour or so🙄
