Has anyone had their doctor try to check their cervix but then the babies head is too low so they couldn’t reach it? Today was my 36 week appointment and her first time trying to check (this pregnancy.)

Today I am technically 35w6d so she said I’m still considered a 35-weeker & that next week on Thursday she will try more aggressively (she did NOT say aggressively but I cant remember her exact word)

When she did the little handheld ultrasound to check his position for 100%, she said he is EXTREMELY LOW.. then after that when she tried to check cervix he was so low she couldn’t reach it to check for dilation & what not..

Anyone had this happen? It’s my 2nd pregnancy.
