Question

My friend has PCOS and had several miscarriages before she had her first child. It’s been a few year now and she recently had a positive pregnancy test however her bloodwork was negative. I want to let her know I’m here and thinking of her but not burden her. Was wanting ideas of little gifts or something to send her. Thanks!

These were the things that helped me the most that you can do for her:
A little care package with chocolate, a little box of tissues, a mini bouquet of flowers, and some bath bombs. 
A book called Loved Baby by Sarah 
Philpott 
Just dote on her and love her. Bring her her favorite Starbucks drink, lunch from her favorite place, favorite snacks, etc. 
Sit with her and just listen. Sometimes all you can do is offer a hug.
Send her a text and ask her what she needs that day (lunch, a hug, a friend to listen) and then fulfill that need. 
Suggestions to give her: 
Name her baby. It’ll give the baby an identity 
Pick out a piece of memorial jewelry on Etsy. I got a necklace with an angel wing, her birthstone from the month I was due with her, and a pendant with an ‘E’ on it for Emily. 
Reassure her that all her thoughts and feelings are normal and encourage her to talk to someone who’s gone through it to relate to.
