Teething baby HELP!

I know my daughter is teething but I don’t see or feel anything teeth. She’s 4, going on 5, months and she’s MISERABLE. I give her Tylenol occasionally but I try not to rely on it. I tried baby orajel and it didn’t seem to do anything for her. Shes still not grabbing stuff so she can’t use teething toys. She won’t stay asleep at night. I feel so bad for her. What can I do?
