What are these spots on my baby?
My little one has these red spots that just came up in the past few hours when we woke her from her nap. No fever or any other symptoms. No new food introductions. Not bothered by them. They feel flat against the skin to touch. And they’re only on the exposed parts of her body where her clothes weren’t.
