How do you know if you’ve had a miscarriage ??

What do you look for in one ? I’m scared I had one because I had 1 positive and 7 negative tests .

Sounds to me like you’re having a chemical pregnancy which is a term for an early miscarriage. They don’t feel like what a later miscarriage would feel like. It’s like having your period and you might bleed heavier but a lot of women have them and never realize they were pregnant.

Take a blood test, it  can actually measure you hcg levels, takes couple days to get back to zero.
Many ladies may have and they dont even know specially if their cycle is a mess.

You would know. Heavy bleeding and passing things you normally wouldnt, also pain.
