Is it a red flag if a man in his late twenties doesn’t speak to his mom ?

If a man in from 27-29 doesn’t speak to his mom anymore. Is it a red flag?

I’ve been talking to this guy for a while and he’s told me that he stopped speaking with his mom a couple months ago because they fought. And he lives in the US and she’s back in his home country. I didn’t really ask more than that because we’re just friends but I’ve always wondered if that could be a red flag?
