Paraguard IUD

I've had it for 3 months now and it has killed my sex life. Every time I have sex I am in debilitating pain and bleeding for days. Its so bad that I don't even wan to have sex anymore. Sometimes I'm cramping and bleeding for no apparent reason. Does it get better? I have 2 boys under 2 that I stay home with all day chasing, I can't afford to be in pain like this. I wont use any hormonal birth control due to the side effects so this is my only option.
