Girls I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy and my vagina smells! It’s awful, the light creamy discharge doesn’t smell it’s more like wetness in my knickers that smells and my vagina daily. I don’t think its an infection as the discharge doesn’t smell and it’s not itchy. I’ve read this is common in pregnancy? What can I do? I shower daily and haven’t used soap down there for years since my GP had to give me antibiotics once as it upset my PH balance the only time I ever used femfresh, and they said you should just use water. Anything I can do? It’s embarrassing!
