Diet and Exercise for PCOS

Hello! I was diagnosed with PCOS a month or so ago and I have been trying to find a good diet and exercise routine for PCOS my gyno mentioned a low carbohydrate diet to help manage weight and symptoms. Any idea where I can find good recipes for a low carb diet that’s easy to keep up with? I’m also wondering the same for an exercise routine. I have a busy schedule and want to find something that’s easy to keep up with but that I can also fit into my schedule. Thank you in advance!
