Sleeping through the night?

Any tips or tricks to get baby to sleep longer through the night. I only had 2 hours of sleep lastnight. 😭😭😭

I keep mine up from 7pm-11pm, nightly routines such as bath around 8pm, tummy time around 930pm and lights off starting at 8pm.. I noticed my baby gets over stimulated if the TV is up too loud, we got her a white noise machine at well.

What I did with my baby was keep her up from 7-10 by taking her bath and just laying her on the bed no rocking or anything. Then around 10:30 she would eat I turn off all lights and put her white noise on and she sleeps 4-6 hours straight. Then goes back to sleep one more time after feeding. Just wake your baby up ever 2-3 hours during the if they already don’t wake up. My baby is up almost all day now she takes small naps and gets grumpy around 10 ish cause she starts getting sleepy

Nope, sleep is developmental, they'll sleep longer when they're ready. Just the last 2 days my babe has started sleeping longer than 2.5 hours, I'm thankful but my boobs are not! 🤣

I feed my baby around 8-930 and she’ll get tired after. She only wakes up once at night now. Just get your baby really tired before the feeding. Keep the baby awake.
