i got 3 positive pregnancy tests after a week late period. i started today but i’m still feeling morning sickness and all other pregnancy symptoms. i’m also having very painful cramps. can anyone tell me what’s going on?

You can't have a period during pregnancy. So you didn't start period you need to see a doctor about the bleeding during pregnancy. You could just have harmless bleeding or could be losing baby so please go get checked out asap
