Gestational diabetes HELP

I have been snacking off and on a few hours eating fruit but started to feel shaky so checked my sugar and it was 42!!!!! I'm scared to death right now!! I'm 38+2!!! Its not supposed to go past mid 60s do you think baby girl is ok not felt her move and its 8:10pm

(Literally after posting this she is moving now but still worried 😟 I quickly just ate something and some peanut butter)
